Class Levels:
Level 1 : Suitable for people new to or returning to exercise after a gap.
Level 2: Suitable for those who have completed at least one level 1 term or have current experience with similar classes.
All attendance to classes must be registered in advance so that we can ensure that you are attending a class with adequate space and at the right level for your experience.
All classes sizes are limited to eight students and are run via a monthly membership to ensure your space every week and your development in your practice. At the moment we are unable to take drop in students.
