In light of the recent developments around Coronavirus, we’d like to keep you updated with what we are doing at Bodhi Movement to help keep everyone safe and well.
Our priority is the welfare of our students and teachers during this challenging time, and we ask that you follow the latest advice and information from the Government. Please be mindful that this information is changing daily, and staying up to date is important.
What are we doing at Bodhi Movement:
As the information and guidance we receive is constantly changing, we will be reviewing our schedule and procedures constantly. We are looking at the options around reducing our timetable for a provisional four week period, starting from March 21st, in line with the current Government plans for educational institutions, and the options of providing online classes for our members for the duration of this time.
How can you help:
Keeping up to date with current Government and WHO guidelines is the best way to stay abreast of developments and changes in procedure. The most common symptoms of Coronavirus are a new continuous cough and/or a high temperature. Government guidelines are recommending if you have any symptoms of Coronavirus, however mild, then you are to stay at home and not leave your house for seven days from when your symptoms started.
If you are continuing to practice with us at the studio, please follow these additional guidelines:
Thank you for your co-operation and understanding in this difficult time. We want to keep as much normality as possible at the studio and maintain a safe place for you to visit. We’d like to take this opportunity to remind you about the benefits of a yoga or exercise practice, and the proven boost to your immune system that you receive from regular practice. We’ll be sharing some more helpful tips and practices over the coming weeks to help you stay in tip-top health, but if you have any questions you think we might be able to assist with, then please do email or ask us in class.
