Have you got any questions about our treatments? Here are a few of the most common questions we come across but if you have anything else on your mind contact us here to get your questions answered...
What should I expect from the Initial Consultation and first treatment?
During the Initial Consultation we will firstly look at the injury or issue which is current and find out all the necessary information to help us work with you on this. We will then take a full case history, looking back at previous injuries or accidents and any medical conditions.
We also find out why you are looking for treatment and what you want to achieve from it. This helps us understand you better and we can then move forward on the best pathway for your recovery.
We will then take at look at your whole posture and see how your body alignment is before beginning any treatment. Depending on the type of problem you are struggling with we may look at mobility and assessments of the joints to see where your limitations are as well. We will then move onto a full body treatment to look at the area where the problem is but also to look at any compensations that the body may have formed to deal with this and any other factors which may be affecting your recovery.
