Sam has an in depth understanding of how important it is to keep the body unrestricted and flowing freely. Looking at the way the body moves from a remedial point of view allows us to balance out where and how the restrictions in the body are forming. Every aspect of our life can affect how our body moves and flows, by assessing these things we can work towards freeing up our movement and our minds.

Jayne has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and gained her 200hr yoga teaching certification at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Kutir in Uttar Kashi; nestled in the mountains of Northern India. After studying Outdoor Studies BSc at the University of Cumbria, she is now based in North Wales where she enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle.
Jayne teaches our Monday evening and Wednesday evening Hatha yoga classes.

Lucy discovered barre fitness - a mash-up of Pilates, ballet stretching and upbeat moves set to music - when she was living in Texas. She trained to be a barre instructor in 2014, and then gained her Level 3 Mat Pilates certification when she returned to the UK in 2016. She loves encouraging people to listen to their bodies and reminding them to breathe.
