When it comes to making positive impacts on our health, we have to make sure that the changes we make are ones that we can maintain. More Leafy greens: Leafy green vegetables are the foundation of a healthy diet, high in vitamins and fiber, they help to lower cholesterol, boost bone health and help to decrease the chance of colon cancer.
Again we are all about making things easy to implement and sustain, leafy greens like Kale and Spinach are easy additions to meals, but can also be added to smoothies to get our quick fix of magic greens!
Wonder Berries: Maybe one of the easiest to bring into our daily routine, partly because they’re so tasty, but also because we can just drop them in our morning porridge, have them as a snack with yogurt or whiz them into a smoothy. Berries are high in nutrients, fiber and antioxidants, helping us to fight cancers and some research suggests they may even help with Alzheimers and and Parkinson’s.
These are only four of hundreds of possible small, but hugely beneficial changes we can make. Just making one of the above part of your daily life will be a step towards cleansing and protecting your precious body.
