Tips for a stress free lifestyle...

Knowing what is going to cause stress can help avoid things in the future. Why not keep a record of what situations make you stressful and see how you might deal with them in other ways next time.

1.Learn to relax
I know a lot of people who don't include relaxation time in their schedules. Relaxation is important for your body and can help you deal with stress. 

2. Time Management:
Effective time management allows the amount of work or other commitments you may have undertaken to be regulated. This helps reduce the uncertainty of not having enough time to complete tasks that are required. 

3. Reduce the demands on yourself:
Don't over commit yourself and be prepared to say 'NO' to people. It is so common for people to overestimate how much can be achieved in a particular space of time.

4. Positive Thinking:
Don't dwell on your failures and reward yourself for your successes. You need to accept that everyone has limits and cannot succeed at everything they do.

5. Look after your physical well-being:
People are better able to cope with stress when their bodies are in a good healthy condition. Poor health in itself is a major source of stress. Try and improve your diet and avoid stimulants as much as possible.
